We booked the Full Kremlin Tour 2 weeks before travelling to Russia. Irina was very quick and efficient in communicating and corresponding with us and her English was really good. She even called me to clarify a few details.

Alexandra was the guide for our tour. She was punctual in arriving at our hotel to meet us. Alexandra spoke very good English and was thorough and diligent throughout the entire tour. It was obvious that she was an experienced guide as the paced the tour well and always made sure that we were comfortable and took breaks if we needed them.

Thank you Alexandra and Irina for making our visit to the hear of Moscow so enjoyable.

We chose to go with Walks with Folks tours for our three-day visit to Moscow. Right from our first interaction online I found managers very responsive and prompt. Each question or any apprehension that we had was addressed with no time.
Day 1 – we were accompanied by Yulia for the Radisson Boat Tour. She was very cordial and right on time. Everything was pre-arranged for us from entrance tickets to table reservations. While passing along the river Yulia provided us information about the buildings and bridges that we saw.

Day 2 and 3 - we went for the Metro Tour, Kremlin, Armoury and Diamond Fund Tour, Red Square and St.Basil Cathedral and much more. Our guide was Ekaterina. And both me and my wife can't thank her enough for the wonderful experience we had. Our Moscow trip was a success thanks largely due to her. Again, just like Yulia she was right on time and planned our tour to perfection keeping in mind our interests and my age and fitness levels. Walks with Folks organized all the tickets in advance for us. Ekaterina had great knowledge of all places and Cathedrals which we visited to, and we greatly appreciate that.
