Welcome to Walks With Folks! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and participation in our walking tours and experiences. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us
Walks With Folks offers guided walking tours in various cities across Russia. We strive to provide authentic, insightful, and enjoyable experiences led by local guides.

2. Bookings

• All bookings must be made through our official website https://walkswithfolks.com or agreed via email at info@walkswithfolks.com.
• When booking a tour, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
• You must be at least 18 years old to book a tour. Minors may participate only if accompanied by a responsible adult.

3. Payments

• Once we agree on the details of your tour, we will send you a secure payment link via email.
• Full payment is required through the provided link in order to confirm your booking.
• All prices on our website for English, German, Spanish and French language versions are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) for the convenience of the travelers and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Your booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
• Please note that your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees if you're paying in a different currency.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the tour for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
• In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

5. Changes to Bookings

• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the tour and are subject to availability.
• We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute changes.

6. Participation and Safety

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of completing the tour route.
• Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
• Our guides prioritize your safety, but participants join at their own risk. Walks With Folks is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage during the tour.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Walks With Folks and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy Policy

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will never be shared or sold without your consent.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or submitted to the appropriate courts in Russia.
